Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Ashland, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.

The project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to remodel Building 502 (approximately 8,246 SF two-story student open bay barracks) at the Camp Ashland Training Site, Ashland, NE. The facility was originally constructed in 1996 and needs facility repairs and repairs by life-cycle replacement. The project includes repair and updating of the mechanical system, plumbing, latrines, electrical, and gas lines. The components of the electrical system including wiring and fixtures need to be updated to meet current building codes. All interior finishes of the facility need updating or replacement including the wall finishes, ceilings, and floors.
