Crossland Heavy Contractors has been recently awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Collector Well Pumphouse and Raw Infrastructure Improvements. The project includes the construction of collector well pumphouses, vertical wells, raw water transmission mains and appurtenances, and other improvements to their raw water infrastructure. The facilities will be located along the Platte River near Ashland, NE. Phase 2 will include pipe procurement, trenchless excavation, erosion control, earthwork, and pipeline installation. The City is not responsible for this solicitation. The City is not a party to the contract that may be established from this solicitation. Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder.
