The purpose of sources sought is to obtain qualified general contractors to potentially be provided an opportunity to compete in a future solicitation. Description: Multiple Child Development Center expansions to existing Child Development Center buildings located at seven (7) Air Force bases within the United States. The scope is to construct a building addition to an existing building along with alteration work to the existing building and incidental related work. Site work including, but not limited to, regulatory stormwater runoff compliance resolutions, landscaping, parking to accommodate added capacity, emergency evacuation solution, etc. Outdoor Play Environments (OPEs) to include, but not limited to age appropriate OPE spaces to accommodate the additional children included by the building addition, as well as the possible disruption of existing OPEs to accommodate the new buildings. Order of Magnitude $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 per expansion. Past performance of Child Development facilities on a Military base is required. Provide capabilities and references to the POC in the announcement for potential addition to the source list.
