This requirement is for the establishment of a multiple award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Plumbing Parts and Repair Services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) in response to call orders. The period of performance of the BPA is 5-years from award of the BPA. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. 502d CONS/JBKAA intends to issue no more than three (3) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements to contractors who are determined to offer the best value to the Government in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. Please refer to ALL attachments pertaining to this Solicitation Notice. The attached Request for Quote and Schedule B Price List Fill-in must be filled out and returned and all additional attachments must be reviewed. All interested contractors must provide response by the due date and time displayed in this notice. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles, and other items necessary to perform plumbing repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis. The plumbing services required under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include the repair/replacement of lavatory faucets, commodes/toilets, backflow assemblies, cartridges, flush valves, royal shower stems, wall mounted drinking fountains, showerheads, sink aerators, urinals, water filter changes on Elkay bottle filler fountains, backflow inspection/certification, wall mounted toilets and wall mounted lavatories as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this BPA and shall be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas. Anything identified during the contractor's assessment and/or repair that is outside the assigned task will be reported back to the Government for action.
