All bidders must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the type of work required by this project. Furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2024 Bridge Repair Project & 2024 O.P.W.C. Resurfacing Project, Phase 1. COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 31, 2024 You must submit a bid bond electronically with your bid through Bid Express. However, low bidder must submit original prior to award of project. If you choose to submit a certified check or cashier's check in lieu of a bid bond, you must submit your check PRIOR to the close of the bid to Jody Balogh, Clerk of the Board, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio, 43604.
