The project includes the construction of a 12' asphalt pathway along the north side of Keene Road for approximately 1.5 miles from SR 224 (Van Giesen St.) to Belmont Blvd. Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (hereafter SOQ) from consulting firms with the following expertise and experience for the Keene Rd Pathway Phase 4 Project: Right-of-Way plan development, real estate appraisals, and acquisitions. Consultant must have staff available who are on the Approved Consultant list with WSDOT ROW Services. The project footprint may contact up to 3 parcels with one single property over for acquisition of slope easement and temporary construction easements. The project funding for this project includes Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant funds. Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to five (5) single sided pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with preparing road right-of-way plans, appraisals, acquisition and certifications; familiarity with the City of West Richland and/or other similar municipalities; and past performance/references.
