Renovation of a medical facility in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Reference Number 0000336545 County is in need of a general contractor to complete the following work detail at the 555 Towner location: Remove all potted plants against windows. Cut down tree in corner of bed and 4 palm trees in center of building. Atrium / lobby office removal Demo and remove drywall walls, platform and ceiling. Construct new wall (Demo, Trash, Carpentry, Materials, Painting) Inside the building: At 4 spots remove the steel floor planter frames by cutting the concrete to demo. Infill holes left from the tree removal (done by others) with sand/ gravel to 5" from finish height. Install #4 dowels every 20" around the perimeter into the existing concrete. Place and finish 4" of concrete. Top of concrete will be 1" bellow existing top of tile. At the planter located along the glass, supplement the soil with sand to grade.
