REJECTION OF BIDS: The bidder acknowledges the right of the County of Will to reject any and all bids received Room and Will County Board Committee Room, both located on Level 2 of the County Office Building (COB) located at 302 N. Chicago Street, Joliet, IL 60432. Interested respondents must : o Have completed five (5) projects of similar size and scope within the past three (3) years o Possess a current CTS-D and CTS-I certification o Have a service location within forty (40) miles of the COB o Employ a Crestron Certified Master Programmer and QSC Certified Programmer System Design Within the context of reliability and ease of use, review existing A/V system currently in both the WC Boardroom and WC Committee Room Determine which components are suitable for continued use. Determine compatibility factor(s) of existing A/V system components with proposed new A/V system components. Determine if existing building AC power source is suitable for proposed A/V system modifications. Configure A/V system modifications to function with Zoom remote meeting platform and YouTube streaming service. System modifications must function within the existing system hardware, including the county's existing LCD video walls, existing Crestron control system, and existing Crestron DM-NVX system. In both rooms, system modifications must include a single-touch panel controller for System Implementation Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday at 302 N. Chicago Street, Joliet, IL 60432, to include: Remove and legally dispose of existing hardware not being repurposed in accordance with system design requirements. Furnish and install new rack with rack fan, as required. Furnish and install all rack-mounted equipment as per system design requirements. Interconnect all new A/V system components with existing A/V system components. Furnish and install two (2) networked, touch-panel controllers, as required. Furnish and install networked PTZ cameras to replace existing Cisco conferencing cameras. Furnish and install new low-voltage cabling, including but not limited to HDMI, data, mic/line audio, speaker-level audio, and USB. Provide commissioning/tuning/testing/troubleshooting, as required. Provide on-site programming for end-user interfaces, DSP, automatic camera positioning, switching, and Zoom platform controls. Provide on-site training for both technical and non-technical county personnel, as required.
