Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2024 Preventive Maintenance Project. Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6%. The scope of the work consists of milling and resurfacing of the pavement surface, isolated deep pavement repairs, spot curb and hazardous sidewalk replacements, curb ramp upgrades, curb-bump outs, medians, and pedestrian refuge islands. The project also includes adjustment and repairs of manholes, receiving basins, water valve castings, and improvements to bicycle facilities. Traffic signal work improvements include new traffic cameras, pedestrian signals, and buttons, as well as the replacement of two traffic signals at Ford St and Exchange Blvd intersection, along with other minor street lighting improvements. Contract term: 240 Days
