Reference Number 0000336708 The City of Larkspur (City) is seeking proposals from firms with historic preservation architectural experience to provide a facility study, described as Phase 1 hereinafter, for the renovation of City Hall, a historical building located in the City of Larkspur, California. Phase 2 of these services includes professional design services. Phase 3 includes construction support and administration.
