The Town of Sullivan's Island reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals received as a result of this solicitation, to negotiate with all qualified offerors, to award multiple contracts for all or part of the scope of work, or cancel in part or in whole this solicitation, if in the best interests of the Town of Sullivan's Island. This project is being funded in part by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program, which requires compliance 2 CFR 200 Federal Procurement Regulations. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Resiliency and Sea Level Rise Adaptation Plan that aligns with the goals and objectives of the Town's Comprehensive Plan 2018-28; regional and statewide planning efforts; the Town's Stormwater Master Plan (currently underway) and multiple federally funded grant projects to improve drainage. The chosen consultant will be expected to produce a plan with clear strategies to identify, assess and plan for potential impacts of sea level rise and other environmental hazards. Anticipated services, tasks and phasing associated with the development of the plan may be generally derived from, but not necessarily limited.
