Project Description: The Contractor will provide all transportation, tools and parts, materials, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to remove mold in Building 15, Room B006, B006A and hallway and asbestos containing floor coverings in Building 15, Room B006 and B006A at the Charles George VA Medical Center. Total Mold Abatement: Approximately 2,500 square feet of mold on floors, walls and ceilings. Total ACM Abatement: Approximately 1,100 square feet of carpet over suspected ACM floor tile and mastic. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
