Fire Suppression System Inspection Services - FCC Beaumont Awarded Contract shall consist of a One Year Base Period with Four 12-month Option Years. FCC Beaumont is a Correctional Complex with a rated capacity of 4,146 inmates. Security levels range from minimum security to high security. The complex includes a United States Penitentiary (USP), Federal Correctional Institution Medium (FCIM), Federal Correctional Institution Low (FCIL) and a Satellite Camp Prison (SCP). The first institution was activated in 1996 and the final activation occurred in 1999. The contract will be for a Base Year with four (4) option year periods. Base Year = January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 Option Year 1 = January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 Option Year 2 = January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Option Year 3 = January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 Option Year 4 = January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028 Any questions relating to the solicitation shall be sent, in WORD FORMAT to Sarah Burke, Supervisory Contract Specialist, via email at sburke@bop.gov no later than Friday, December 15, 2023 at 10:00am CST. In order to provide sufficient response time, prior to the offer due date, the Government is establishing the above cut-off date for questions about the solicitation. All offerors shall offer in accordance with the current solicitation to include all amendments (if any) as issued by the Contracting Officer only.
