As of January 19,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project will be constructed as one contract consisting of but is not necessarily limited to: Construction of new water service lines from the existing meter pits to the house plumbing. These are new service connections and the majority will require connection to the plumbing at the house. These homes are currently served by wells. The water service line from the water main to meter pit, including the meter pit, have been previously installed under separate contract. The existing water line from resident's well to house shall be capped where cut. Project shall include all work and materials as necessary for complete and operational service lines, including other miscellaneous items of work necessary and as specified to make this project complete. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the Board will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by December 13, 2023.
