**As of February 22, 2022, the project was awarded to Westwater Construction Company , with an awarded amount of $892,345.00 PROJECT LOCATION: In Downtown Seattle, on 4th Ave from Vine Street to Jefferson Street Install new cement concrete buffer in protected bike lane. Work involves asphalt removal and installation of concrete curb, sidewalk, asphalt overlay, pavement markings and miscellaneous work. DBE REQUIREMENT: This Contract has a 12% mandatory goal. Note: City of Seattle Inclusion Plan requirements are not applicable on FHWA funded projects.
