Work involves asphalt removal and installation of concrete curb, sidewalk, asphalt overlay, pavement markings and miscellaneous work. DBE REQUIREMENT: This Contract has a 12% mandatory goal. Note: City of Seattle Inclusion Plan requirements are not applicable on FHWA funded projects.
