**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 01/09/24 to 02/06/24** The Work includes a system-wide water meter replacement project for the Town of Star consisting of approximately 401 customers to a new Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system, also referred to as Fixed-Base. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $311,000. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only answers in the Addenda will be binding. Oral statements, interpretations, and clarifications may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
