The City of Marianna is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants ("the consultant") with demonstrated expertise in emergency management contractual services, including but not limited to the following: Emergency Management Planning, Incident Command and EOC Support Financial & Grant Administration for Disaster-Related Grant Programs Documentation and Reporting Emergency Management Plans, Policies, and Procedures Training and Education FEMA Public Assistance Program Debris Removal Monitoring All questions regarding this RFP should be directed in person or writing via email to afarrar@mariannafl.city. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon CST on December 28, 2023. In accordance with the statute, CONTRACTOR is required to pay wages to laborers and mechanics at a rate not less than the prevailing wages specified in a wage determination made by the Secretary of Labor. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall pay wages not less than once a week. CONTRACTOR agrees that, for any Task Order to which this requirement applies, the Contract is conditioned upon CONTRACTOR's acceptance of the wage determination. The City of Marianna reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals as may be deemed necessary by the City to be in its best interest. The City further reserves the right to waive any and all formalities, and reserves the right to reject all nonconforming, unresponsive or conditional proposals The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
