The Project includes the following Work: Renovation of the HVAC system and associated components on the third floor of the Jackson Hospital, located at 4250 Hospital Drive, Marianna, Florida. The renovations will allow each patient room to have fixed, individualized positive and negative air pressure capabilities. Additionally, electrical work will be performed to install individualized controls in each room and fixed filtration systems will be installed at the entry point to each room to act as fail safe in the event that pressure control is lost. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon the Issuing Offices receipt of payment (non-refundable), printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery service.
