As of November 08, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Complete removal of all structures Off-site disposal of all debris, including but not limited to demolition, junk, inoperable automobiles, sheds, barns, outbuildings, and disturbed vegetative debri Complete cleanup of the site Complete cleanup of overgrown vegetation or fallen trees Leveling, grading and seeding/sodding of disturbed areas. The City of Marianna reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Payment will be made only after passing a complete inspection at both sites. Anyone wishing to bid can inspect the properties prior to bidding. All properties are marked with a flag, stake and number. Hester Estate.
