The City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The estimated construction cost around $410,000 The work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, rework, and services necessary to partially renovate 654 square footage of existing City of West Sacramento Fire Station 43. The Scope of Work to include: Demolition, patching, repairing, framing, sheathing, casework, painting, ceiling and flooring installation, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and other tasks specified in the plans and specifications.
