This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Non-Hazardous Sludge Removal, Hauling, and Refuse Services. The Contractor shall load prepared sludge into Contractor supplied solid/covered bins and transport from CDCR locations and haul it to a permitted re-use facility. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is required to meet the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation requirement. Certified SBs and Micro-Businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. Refer to the Special Programs sections beginning on page 12 of this IFB, for requirements. Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services April 1, 2024 . Term End Date of Agreement March 31, 2027 .
