Site work for a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of replacement of approximately 42,300 linear feet of existing 12-inch and smaller water main with new 8-inch and 12-inch water main along with associated appurtenances in Roanoke, Virginia. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond. Final Questions must be received by January 10, 2024. Final Addendum will be posted on January 12, 2024.
