The 1 MG Mountain Road Water Storage Tank is a public works project, intended to better serve the customers of ACWA by increasing the available storage within the pressure zone. The project involves the design and construction of a 1 MG water storage tank and foundation, to the parameters generally shown in the plans, and in accordance with the specifications. This project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
