Anderson County (herein after "The County") is seeking proposals for the installation and monitoring of security cameras at the Senior Center. The system shall include four to six outside cameras and four to six inside cameras. Monitoring shall be a constant feed. The selected company shall store the recordings and the County shall have the ability to access the video on demand. Responses shall describe the proposed security system and include the following information: Duration of time video feed is stored A description of how The County will access video A description of the system's power source and the availability of a back-up power source The proposed number of cameras and the space each camera will monitor Cost for equipment and installation Cost for monthly monitoring Description of Vendor's ability to tie-in future burglary and fire alarm monitoring services and what the current cost would be for those services The Vendor's standard contract document to include typical length of service requirement Number of years Vendor has been in business Certifications/licensures the Vendor holds that are applicable to the proposed work The County has contracts for burglary and fire alarm monitoring services through June 30, 2026. Questions are to be emailed to purchasing@andersoncountytn.gov and kkleehammer@andersoncountytn.gov QUESTIONS: Pursuant to TCA 12-4-113, questions regarding the specifications or bid procedures must be received by the Purchasing Agent and/or designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before the bid opening date. No addenda within less than forty-eight (48) hours of the bid opening date shall be permitted. Any questions concerning the bid document must be submitted no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date. Performance Bond Required - A One Hundred Percent (100%) performance or an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Anderson County Government at a federally insured financial institution in accordance with T.C.A. 12-4- 201. This MUST be submitted before purchase order issued. REQUIRED IF BID IS OVER $100,000. BID AWARDS: Bids will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, taking into consideration the qualities of the articles to be supplied, their conformity with specifications and their suitability to the requirements of Anderson County and the delivery terms. Anderson County also reserves the right to not award this bid.
