*As of May 6, 2024 this project has been awarded to Davis Brothers Roofing for $105,955.10* Three Roofing Projects. Partial roof replacements for anderson county schools. Questions are to be emailed to purchasinq@andersoncountYtn.gov and kkleehammer@andersoncountytn.gov. Bond Notes: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond naming the Owner as obligee thereof, underwritten by a surety company, satisfactory to the Owner, in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid. Doc Notes: Bidding instruments including Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents will be placed in the Builders Exchange of Tennessee, 300 Clark Street, Knoxville, Tennessee, and online with McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge. Owner Rights: Anderson county reserves the right to waive any informalities In or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed Favorable and in the best interest of anderson county. Bidding instruments including Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents will be placed in the Builders Exchange of Tennessee, 300 Clark Street, Knoxville, Tennessee, and online with McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge.
