Project consists of a new water plant to serve the new secondary campus 7. Refer to the Project Documents for a full description of scope. All subcontracting bid package(s) that include ON-SITE LABOR shall include cleanup and removal from site all debris created by the respective scope(s) of work, providing one man for daily general cleanup (while performing on-site labor) as directed by construction manager. All subcontractors shall supply sufficient manpower to maintain project construction schedule and not affect work of other trades ability to maintain their schedule. Certain scopes of work will require after hour work schedules to ensure completion of the project per the proposed construction schedule and noninterruption of adjacent administrative operations. If you are unsure if your scope of work will require after hour work, contact Drymalla Construction prior to bidding to ensure schedule compliance. All subcontractors and suppliers shall have 1% or $500, whichever is greater, of their contract or purchase order value assigned to closeout documents. This value shall be paid after approval of all closeout documents. Coordination of work with other trades is required of all subcontractors.
