The purpose of this RFP is to seek affordable housing proposals for the development of an approximately 0.17 acre or 7,579 square foot site located within the City of Inglewood, California (the "Site.") [Please see Section 12, Appendix, for a map, plat, and photographs of the Site]. The Site is more specifically located on the east side of Orchard Drive, between 94th Street and Hardy Street, within the City of Inglewood. The Site has an interior (versus corner) location, generally consisting of a rectangular land configuration and level topography. (APN 4024-018-900) All questions and issues related to proposal requirements or information expected for each statement package should be made on Inglewood Housing Authority's PlanetBids portal
