Renovation of a military facility in Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The 92d Civil Engineering Squadron requires the installation of carbon monoxide detectors to existing systems in two seperate facilities. The contractor shall provide delivery and Installation of the CO Detectors, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462024QA204 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-06; Effective 4 December 2023. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Small Business and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25M and PSC 6350 Security and Protection--Security Systems. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Unit Small Business Specialist is Mr. Michael Gilbert, at 509-247-4880; link to USAF Small Business, http://www.airforcesmallbiz.af.mil; link to SBA The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor and materials required to install 2 new addressable ceiling mount carbon monoxide detectors, 1 addressable heat/carbon monoxide detector with associated bases and required relays, 2 government provided zone expansion cards to the Fire Alarm Radio Transmitters (BTX), all conduit, electrical boxes and wiring to include testing of all devices on the system for proper operation and for code compliant operation. See appendix A for locations of devices to be installed. All devices must be compatible with the existing EST 3 and EST iO500 fire alarm panels
