The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure fixed prices and establish term contracts for the supply of various commonly used custodial equipment for the District's Maintenance Department on an as needed basis. Services/Goods will be provided as detailed in the specifications in Attachment A. Any deviations from these specifications must be clearly noted by the bidder. All equipment and materials shall be NEW. No used, reconditioned, or seconds will be allowed. Manufacturer over-runs will not be allowed. Please include with your bid all documents requested by this solicitation, including, but not limited to, a copy of your firm's current business license and certificate of insurance. Failure to include all of the information and/or documents requested by this solicitation could result in the Bidders' submittal not being considered by the SCCPSS. If you have any questions concerning this solicitation, please submit them in writing to Kathleen Watson-Scott, Purchasing Agent at purchasing@sccpss.com. Please note that all communications relating to this solicitation must be directed to the Purchasing Department pursuant to SCCPSS policy.
