A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The MCCA will receive sealed bids from general contractors for the BCEC, Hynes Convention Center, and Boston Common Garage Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repairs Contract. SCOPE OF WORK A. The work to be performed by the Escalator Contractor under the specification shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and other expenses necessary to provide full and complete preventative maintenance services, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, tests and part replacements for the fifty-two (52) escalators covered under this contract. The intent of these specifications is to provide a preventive maintenance service program complete in every respect, for a term of three (3) years. It is not intended to give every detail in specifications. The Contractor will furnish all material, equipment and labor to complete this contract. B.
