Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Northview Middle School, Re-Roof Phase IV Project consists of partial re-roofing on school to remove existing fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, any wet insulation and all perimeter membrane and metal flashing and install new 1" thick roof insulation, 1/2" thick high density polyisocyanurate cover board and fully adhered EPDM 60 mil roof membrane and new metal roof edge flashing for approximately 33,200 sq. ft. of roof area. Also install new insulation wood sheathing, air and water barrier and prefinished metal standing seam wall panels to South Gymnasium Upper Exterior Wall. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding Question Deadline 12/29/2023 Submit all questions pertaining to this project in writing to Mark Thiessen, Angelo Architectural Associates, LLC, 12314 Ridgeview Drive, Urbandale, Iowa, 50323, and Email mthiessena1@mchsi.com within 5 days of the specified Bid Due Date.
