The SE 3rd Street Utility Improvements Phase 2 project includes the replacement of PCC street pavement, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer located on SE 3rd Street, from S Ankeny Boulevard to SE Sharon Drive. The construction improvements include approximately 5,090 SY of 8 thick PCC street pavement, 1,350 LF of sanitary sewer, 1,615 LF of storm sewer, 1,220 LF of water main, 2,460 LF of footing drain collector, Class 10 excavation, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, and removal and replacement of driveways and sidewalks. Other associated improvements include temporary water main, temporary sidewalk, temporary traffic control, erosion control, seeding and fertilizing, mobilization, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. project at its meeting at 5:30 P.M. on the 19 th day of February, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, Ankeny Kirkendall Public Library, 1250 SW District Drive, Ankeny, Iowa, 50023.
