Project Identification: The name of the Project on the Contract Documents is MILLER-PLACENTINO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SKYROOFS REPLACEMENT Town of Holliston 235 Woodland Street Holliston, MA 01746 B. Work in this Contract shall include, but is not limited to the following items. Base Bid: 1. Remove and replace skyroof systems and associated components. C. The Contractor will have no use of the interior of building unless authorized by the Owner. All access to the roof to be provided by the Contractor from the exterior. D. All work shall be in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Architect, GORMAN RICHARDSON LEWIS ARCHITECTS, INC., 239 South Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts 01748, and their consultants. Miller-Placentino Elementary School Skyroofs Replacement and associated work. Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in Doors and Windows. Estimated Cost : $350,000
