Site work and paving for a road / highway in Holliston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Holliston DPW - Highway is seeking sealed bids for Milling (Cold Planing) and Overlay (Paving) of a section of Washington Street from Curve to Locust Streets Description of the Work – The project segment runs on Washington Street from Curve Street to Locust Street. The length of road being cold planed and paved is 2753 feet and width is an average of 24 feet. A minimum 2 inches of asphalt will be removed and replaced throughout the project. Contractor is responsible for disposal of the surface millings. SUPERPAVE SURFACE COURSE 9.5 (SSC-9.5) will be used for resurfacing. Intersecting streets will be cold planed and resurfaced back from Washington Street. Please review the enclosed Scope of Services and provide any questions in writing to Robert Walker at the Holliston Highway Department, 63 Arch Street, Holliston, MA 01746 before 3:00 p.m. on March 8, 2024 or via email to Robert Walker at: walkerr@holliston.k12.ma.us Time Schedule – Start date on or about April 8, 2024 and completed on or about May 3, 2024.
