Renovation of a golf course in Holliston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Seeking sealed bids for the replacement of a 4,300 sq. ft. asphalt shingle roof on the Pinecrest Golf Club located at 212 Prentice St. in Holliston, MA 01746. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project consists of but not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment, and installation of new asphalt shingles and underlayment. Refer to the specification sections and manufacturers instructions. 2. Install synthetic felt water resistant underlayment over the entire roof substrate. 3. Install self-adhering high-temperature roofing underlayment at areas indicated on drawings [actual measurements and installation pattern may vary] 4. Installation of new gutter liner in existing gutter system [existing gutters and accessories to remain] a. Heat weld the pvb membrane seams together using hot air welding gun b. Roll or brush membrane into adhesive to ensure full contact to the gutter. Form membrane with roller and putty knife to conform to all angles of the gutter. c. Set the pvb membrane in beads of approved sealant/adhesive at 12" o.c. to all surfaces. 5. Removal of existing penetration (exhaust fans, hvac ducts, and pipe penetrations) and flashings, and installation of new penetration flashings.
