Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bay Shore, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
CR Number: 2104401 All Contracts: Construction and commissioning of a new Water Treatment Plant adjacent to the existing active plant at Captree State Park per contract drawings and specifications. Existing plant and Well #2 must remain operational until new plant is operational and approved. Work includes coordination between all contracts, daily cleaning, submittals, as-builts and closeout. Plumbing (P) Contract - D006148: Work includes but not limited to selective demolition, water mains, hydrants, valves, appurtenances, radiant floor heating, piping, fittings, sleeves, painting of piping, emergency eyewash and shower, hot water heater, iron treatment, booster pump with hydropneumatics tank, sodium hypochlorite pump, caustic pump and systems. Work also includes propane tank, disinfection and water quality testing of all water piping and treatment systems, well repairs, and assist with G and E Contract on programming controls, start-up and testing of all equipment.
