The contractor shall repair any parking lot, driveway, or sidewalk damaged by negligent labor or equipment used by the contractor. 1.1.5 Termination - The District reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time. 1.1.6 Contractor Liability - The contractor shall be responsible for any and all personal injury (including death) or property damage as a result of the contractor's negligence involving any equipment or service provided under the terms and conditions, requirements and specifications of the contract. 1.1.7 Insurance - The contractor must acquire and maintain adequate liability insurance. a. In the event any insurance coverage is canceled, the state agency must be notified at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to such cancellation The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any irregularities
