Laramie County is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Contractors for a Hydraulic Elevator Upgrade for the Laramie County Government Historic Courthouse. The County Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Received as a Result of This Rfp, or to Negotiate Separately With Competing Respondents, and to Waive Any Informalities, Defects, or Irregularities in Any Bids, or to Accept That Bid or Bids, Which in the Judgment of the Proper Officials, is the Best Interest of the County. . Equipment room upgrades to include equipment controls and power unit with minimum speed of 150 fps. 2. Fixtures upgrade to include all fixtures including buttons and displays in cab and hallways. 3. Cab interior upgrade to include basic interior and upgraded design options. All design and required permits are the responsibility ofthe contractor Options for ADA access to upper floors during construction as well as timeline for completion is required. Respondents must visit site in person to evaluate the conditions Questions concerning any portion ofthis RFP should be directed in writing to the Laramie County Maintenance Manager named below, who shall be the official point of contact for this RFP.
