This scope of work involves landscape work on the Motorpool section of the property and landscape work on the Thyra Thomson section of the property. Work will start on all locations of the property on April 1st, 2024. Landscaping for the Thyra Thomson building (444 West Collins Drive, Casper) and the Motorpool building (675 South Walnut, Casper). The Contractor shall perform landscaping and associated duties. The Contractor shall perform mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and fertilization; weed and brush control; tree and shrub pruning; debris removal, drain cleaning, catch basins, and ditch cleanup; inspecting and correcting damage caused by pest infestation, herbicide and pest control services, landscaping operations; irrigation services; and other services as required herein to provide complete grounds maintenance. The contractor shall provide safety data sheets for all chemicals utilized for landscaping. All work shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Building Manager will be notified of chemicals to be used and provided a schedule of application prior to any use. It is the bidder/proposer's responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. The Wyoming Procurement Office will not email, report over the phone, fax or mail this information to a bidder or proposer. Questions shall be submitted individually through Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on December 22, 2023. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
