Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Adrian, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves demolishing and completely removing from the Authority's property, a 300,000 gallon, painted, welded steel, water storage tank and the fence that surrounds the tank. Project Location : East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, PA. Anticipated Contract Award Date: December 19, 2023 The work for this Contract shall be completed in a maximum of 120 calendar days following issuance of a notice to proceed with the work. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.'s list of planholders. The work related to the water tank demolition includes, but is not limited to, the following: KSJWA-Old Miller Tank Abandonment 23-1 Drawing Number 1-640-110-1 Drawing Number 3 of 5 Drawing Number 4 of 6 Furnish all required labor, equipment, and materials, to the extent indicated on the Contract Drawings or as described herein. Compliance with the requirements ofthe Pennsylvania Department ofEnvironmental Protection, County ofArmstrong and East Franklin Township, including furnishing road permits and bonds. Complete cleanup and restoration ofthe entire work area.
