Questions Due Date: Dec 15th 2023, 2:30 PM EST A countywide Stormwater Management Plan is needed to address stormwater issues in Montgomery County. The county planning department has received ARPA funding for countywide stormwater planning, however, the funding is likely not sufficient to prepare the remaining plans and update the existing plans to the level of detail required by PADEP to qualify as Act 167 watershed stormwater management plans*. Nevertheless, stormwater management and flooding are increasingly priority issues (flooding is the #1 hazard identified in the Montgomery County Hazard Mitigation Plan). Therefore, this proposed countywide stormwater management plan will address county-level stormwater issues that threaten critical infrastructure and county residents This project is funded by an ARPA grant and is based on the availability of funds; no additional funding is allocated. Consultant will complete the required tasks for a not-to-exceed amount of $338,650.
