**As of March 05, 2024, This project has been awarded to Purcell Construction with the amount amount of $1,309,900.00, Five Star, Inc. with the amount of $1,654,800.00 and H.B. Frazer with the amount of 255,000.00 with the total awarded amount of $3,219,700.** The Reading School District will receive sealed bids for the Southwest Middle School Bathroom & Locker Room Renovations Project in the form of MULTIPLE Prime Lump Sum Contracts. Contract 1: General Construction Contract 2: Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Construction Contract 3: Electrical Construction Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: Company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on December 12, 2023. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
