Renovations to High School Toilet Rooms & Greenhouse project Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available January 12, 2024. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
