This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
