Renovation of an educational facility in Shiprock, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of this bid solicitation is to establish an equipment bid with a qualified, experience and reliable company or companies to provide Kitchen Equipment to be delivered and installed at Shiprock Associated Schools Inc. SASI is a tribal organization of the Navajo Nation which operates the education programs of the Shiprock Associated Schools, Inc., (Navajo Nation), New Mexico, under a Grant issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs pursuant to P.L. 100-297. The Tribally Controlled School Grant Act. The School Board seeks proposals for Kitchen Equipment. Navajo preference will be applied in accordance to Navajo Business Regulatory Act. Shiprock Associated Schools, Inc. reserves the right to reject and/or all proposals, and to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the school.
