Install Hot Water Duct Heater for Air Handler G-1. The Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid in order to Create access and install a new hot water duct heater rated at minimum of 100 kilowatts/341214 BTU's in the duct downstream of AHU G-1, to serve as reheat for dehumidification at the 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032, 3rd floor. DGS expects the Contractor to include in their bid, complete brand-new parts, removal, and disposal of all trash. DGS expects the Contractor to leave the work area clean and free from any debris, liquid, or trash. Ensure all safety measures are met for installation and repairs. The System shall be returned to normal function before DGS determines completion of the project. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with this Contract and Exhibits A-D, which are listed below and incorporated herein by reference. If there is any conflict between this Contract and the Exhibits, the terms of the Contract shall control.
