Site work for a water / sewer project in San Jose, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of San Jose (hereinafter "City"), Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter "Consultant") to provide storm sewer master planning services for various City projects. Consultants qualified to provide storm sewer master planning services ("Consultant Services") including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling support, complex GIS model development, capacity assessment and capital improvement program updates, green-stormwater-infrastructure (GSI) support, and various as-needed engineering analysis and studies to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by submitting a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ"). The successful Consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual Service Orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
