As of January 8, 2024 no bids were received no definite date for the rebid. The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide a Single wide Mobile Home for purchase, delivery, and set-up. The Single wide Mobile Home shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and meet the following minimum material requirements and be built to the specifications identified further in the bid documents. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for sixty (60) calendar days. Submit a completed bid sheet(s) using the forms as supplied with this Invitation to Bid. Submit a signed Iran Divestment Statement with the bid using the form attached hereto. All forms must be signed by an individual with the authority to bid the bidder. The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide a Single wide Mobile Home for purchase, delivery, and set-up. The Single wide Mobile Home shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and meet the following minimum material requirements and be built to the following specifications. Footprint no greater than 15-16 ft wide with a length no greater than 60 ft, 200 AMP Service Panel, Exterior walls constructed of no less than 2x4 dimensional lumber 16" O.C., Exterior walls to be wrapped with vapor barrier over OSB, Exterior covering constructed of Low Maintenance Vinyl Siding, Exterior walls insulated to no less than R-11 Value Insulation, Steel Entry Doors to be no less than 34" to include deadbolt locks, Key Pad Entry lock on entry doors installed below Deadbolt Locks, Storm Doors to be included on entry doors, Windows to be constructed of energy efficient rated insulated glass, Interior windows to be covered by form of window blind, Residential Louvered shutters on all windows, Rafters to be spaced no more than 24" O.C., Roof construction to be covered of 3-tab no less than 20-year shingle, Ceiling Insulation to be no less than R-22 value Gutters with Downspouts to be installed full length of mobile home, Exterior Frost-Free faucet, Exterior Electrical outlets, Flooring system to be constructed of 2x6 dimensional lumber at 16" O.C., Flooring system to be covered with no less than 19/32" OSB, Flooring Insulation shall have no less than R-22 value, Floor covering to consist of vinyl, hardwood, laminate, and/or tile in bath and main living areas, Interior walls constructed of Gypsum board, Interior 8' ft sidewall with flat ceiling, Interior walls to be constructed of no less than 2x3 dimensional lumber, Interior Layout to be no less than 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, Each Room Square Footage adequate to host two beds, Appliances to be included (Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave), Vertical Ventilation hood system over cooking range Upper and Lower Kitchen Cabinets crafted of quality material, Laminate grade Counter tops with rolled edges, Metal faucets throughout, Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink, Porcelain vanity sinks, Mirror to be installed above vanities, All appliances to be electric energy source and pre-installed, Water heating system to be electric energy source, Water heating system to be no less than 30 gallons duel element, Washer / Dryer Hook Ups, Smoke Alarms / Carbon monoxide alarms installed and operational, HVAC/furnace system to be provided and installed, HVAC/furnace to be of electric energy source, Programmable Thermostat, HVAC duct system to be sealed, Tub/Shower Combination or equivalent to be constructed of Fiberglass, Skirting to be provided and installed matching the exterior color pattern, Removable hitch to be removed and placed under the front of the home, Covered Access treated lumber Deck at each entry door constructed to city code, Exterior lighting at each entry door, Whole house water shut off with individual shutoffs throughout, Foundation and underpinning material to be provided by vendor
