Elementary School Addition and New Fieldhouse for the Ironton City School District. The successful bidder will be required to secure a contract bond in an amount equal to the total sum of the bid, supported by a Power of Attorney, for the bonding agent, a Certificate from the Department Insurance authorizing the Surety Company to do Surety business in the State of Ohio, and a current financial statement of the Surety Company. The bond shall be on the form bound in the Specifications. This is a prevailing wage project. The Ironton City Local School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
