Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is seeking General Contracting services for the Jerome Library Tunnel Renovation Phase 2 The planned scope of work includes tunnel top replacement and wall repairs at the existing Jerome Library Tunnel. Efforts also include asbestos abatement (potentially), utility insulation replacement, utility support retrofits, electric/lighting upgrades, insulation/jacketing, landscape restoration and pavement (asphalt and concrete) replacements.
